The NorthStar Program, developed by the ORA, is designed to guide individuals toward stability, opportunity, and long-term success. Built on a foundation of mentorship, skills training, and accountability, NorthStar serves as a beacon for those seeking to turn their lives in a positive direction.

We are proud to be working in collaboration with the Ministry of the Solicitor General, ensuring that individuals who are justice-involved have access to meaningful pathways that reduce recidivism and promote reintegration. Custom-Built Curriculum

The NorthStar program is uniquely designed for men who are incarcerated, providing tailored lessons that focus on personal growth, responsibility, and preparation for successful reintegration.
