Our clients took a powerful step forward in their journey, walking through the doors of LiUNA Local 183 Training Centre and meeting the training director and instructors for the very first time. 

For many, this is the first time they’ve been part of something that truly invests in their success — where hard work is recognized, discipline is rewarded, and opportunity is within reach. At LiUNA Local 183, they’ll gain not just the technical skills of the trade, but also the confidence, structure, and pride that come from building something lasting with their own hands.


This partnership between The Oaks Revitalization Association (ORA) and LiUNA Local 183 continues to demonstrate what’s possible when we create pathways that transform lives. One of the fundamental tenets of our teachings at ORA-STDP is that the world is not fair, and one should never expect it to be so. Expecting fairness is a fool’s errand; instead, we must focus on how we adapt, innovate, and overcome adversity.
