At the Oaks Revitalization Association (ORA), we believe strong organizations are built through honesty, accountability, and continuous growth. This staff evaluation is not about criticism or fault-finding. It is a tool for reflection, learning, and improvement, for both individuals and the organization as a whole.

Your feedback helps us better understand what is working, where support is needed, and how we can improve our operations, systems, and leadership. We want to ensure you have the clarity, resources, and environment needed to do your best work and continue growing professionally.

This evaluation is an opportunity for you to reflect on your performance, identify areas for development, and share ideas that can help strengthen ORA. Your responses will be taken seriously and used to guide meaningful improvements moving forward.
