Today, we’re incredibly proud to recognize the dedication, determination, and hard work of Malachi, a shining example of what can be achieved through persistence and resilience.

Malachi joined the Oaks Revitalization Association’s (ORA) mentoring program with a clear goal: to build a brighter future for himself through the skilled trades. Step by step, he tackled every challenge that came his way, completing his skilled training at the LiUNA Local 183 Training Centre with impressive focus and commitment.


What truly sets Malachi apart is his proactive spirit. From the moment he graduated, he took initiative, going out immediately to seek job opportunities. This drive and readiness to apply his new skills paid off, as he quickly secured employment, joining the ranks as a proud, unionized member of LiUNA Local 183.


Malachi’s journey is not just a personal success—it’s a testament to the power of hard work and the life-changing impact of support and training. Through every stage, he remained committed to his goals, embracing every opportunity to better himself. Now, he’s firmly on a path to a prosperous future, showing just how far dedication and a proactive attitude can take you.
