Making a Difference with the Canadian Armed Forces

Joining the Canadian Armed Forces, which includes the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, and Royal Canadian Air Force, presents a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth. Comprehensive Benefits and Competitive Pay

Members of the Canadian Armed Forces receive comprehensive healthcare coverage, dental and vision care, a great pension plan, and continuous training and professional development from the moment they enlist. Starting salaries for new recruits in the Regular Force range from $3,614 to $5,675 per month after basic training. As members advance in their careers, their salaries increase based on their time in the military, rank, and acquired skills, ensuring continuous financial growth and stability.

Paid Education and Career Advancement

One of the standout benefits of the Canadian Armed Forces is the opportunity for paid education. Enrolling through one of the paid education plans can provide at least $30,200 while completing education, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on the enrolment plan. This ensures that our clients can gain valuable skills and qualifications without the burden of educational debt.

In the skilled trades, success starts long before the first tool hits the ground. It begins with showing up, early, prepared, and ready to work. Being on time isn’t just about the clock; it’s about respect, for yourself, your crew, and the craft you’re building.
