His courageous decision to join the Skilled Trades Development Program (STDP) marks a pivotal moment in his life, opening the door to personal growth and new opportunities.

The STDP offers a comprehensive approach to personal development, providing emotional support, educational opportunities, and practical skills training.The STDP is designed to equip participants with valuable trade skills that are essential for securing stable careers. Through this program, participants are not only trained in technical skills but are also encouraged to develop their personal abilities and drive for self-improvement.


For Von, the STDP has been a life-changing experience. The program has given him a clear career path and instilled a sense of pride and accomplishment.
